I exercise everyday and suffer from anxiety. I take medicine to cope with anxiety and it usually works for me. I haven’t been to the gym since friday and saturday my anxiety came back (my period also came on saturday so the anxiety might have to do with my monthly coming on and it went off today). I always hear that exercising is good for anxiety. I noticed that too, but it only works for the moment then I’m back to experiencing anxiety like an hour later.
Exercising releases endorphins, allowing you to feel better. Yes, it wares off, but if you consistently exercise on a daily basis, you’re happiness will improve.
