What can I tell my doctor for him to prescribe me Valium?
I have a sleeping and anxiety disorder but no matter what I tell my doctor he wont prescribe me Vallium or anything similar. I sometimes have valium from a friend and they are 100% effective, I can sleep and I feel normal.
Chosen Answer:
Valium is for anxiety, not sleep disorders. Tell him you’re suffering from anxiety.

Your doctor is wise to not give it to you. It may work well, but tolerance and dependency quickly develops, and soon it doesn’t work well anymore. By then, you can’t stop taking it because doing so makes your sleeping problems worse than they ever were. The withdrawals from Valium are hellish and can last a very very long time. Listen to your doctor. You will not find the solution in a pill bottle – all the meds do is make things worse in the long run.

This is my personal story i had very bad anxiety and i went to the ER they found nothing in my blood work or x ray and other serious tests. So the doctor prescribed me Valium 5 MG and they work great but after they finished my family doctor prescribed me 30 of them as well. They help me relax and feel normal.
When i run out i switch to St, Johns Wort it’s over the counter and melatonin it’s over the counter as well and i drink chamomile tea it helps along with Kava and valerian root all natural over the counter stuff for depression and anxiey they are very effective,I prefer valium over all anxiety meds tho.Good luck with your doctor i just told mine i had bad anxiety and needed valium since it works and she was happy to give me a one time prescription.
