I use to not have anxiety. Then I had a kid, he is now 3 almost 4. It all started after he was born. Now everything makes me nervous especially riding with others in vehicles. How do I get back to how I use to be?
If you’re not the driver, try and keep yourself busy and not focus on just looking out the window for the entire ride. Bring a book or magazine, an MP3 player or puzzle book with you.
