I dunno where you are, but in Canada, you may as well forget it. The cops just can’t do anything.

it might open an investigation but they need more then that for any sort of search warrant.

depends on which law enforcement you go to. local cops may do it to get there name in the paper. sheriffs department has bigger problems to worry about. DEA will act but it wont be a top priority.

you COULD…my doctor sells me those things (ativan instead of xanax) and or government helps pay for it (TRICARE)…what’s the big deal ?

as long as you have proof then i would call the cops…..but u dont know the type of people theyre selling to, so i would be very cautious and annonymous about it……they could have people on the other side ( meaning outside of jail) just be careful!!! people are crazy these days

You would probably have to have some kind of proof. I can only imagine how many tips the cops get everyday, most of which are probably coming from ex’s and pissed off neighbors.
I also wouldn’t want to get involved in something like that. Unless they are selling to kids or something.

Yes, they are breaking the law. They will be arrested and depending on the amount they have it may be a felony.
This should not stop you from reporting them. Laws are laws and no one should break them.If they do they should serve time for their crime.

I don’t think you can get them in trouble unless you have some proff they are selling it. If I was you I would leave it alone, they will get caught sooner or later, besides if they ever found out you turned them in you could be in danger of them retalelating and getting hurt or dead. If they sell drugs they could be capable of anything. Also I think I would stay as far away from them as possible.

Yeah, that’s real smart. Snitch to the cops about a drug dealer. See how long before you get whacked.

Yes, BIG trouble with those pills… it is “selling a controlled substance”… it is drug dealing.
The sale of prescription drugs is running rampant now and the authorities would be very interested.
Your call should be anonymous because they are usually pretty nasty characters with a LOT to lose.
Yours may be the last shred of evidence needed for a warrant or final confirmation of a year long sting operation… the one “house” could be the one that brings down a whole network.
Last but not least, you could save some dumb kid’s life either by him not ODing or getting sucked into the void… and you can help save our Social Services medical programs and taxpayer money by reducing fraud and costs.
We don’t need drug addicts creating new drug addicts… call your local drug task force or the police.

i would imagine so if you could get some strong physical evidence. especially if she doesnt have a prescription to have them in the first place
