    Yes, that’s Anxiety.

The thing you need to do to stop it, is tough, WORK THROUGH IT.

If you have a home-trainer, or spin-bike, put it infront of the TV, and cycle for 2 hours a day, at a regular pace, you’ll occasionally feel like you’re gonna fall off, but just keep biking, because your body is flooded with stress-hormones, and they’re causing this. You need to burn those off, to get a handle on the Anxiety, it’s much healthier than medication, and much more effective.

Sounds like exactly the same symptoms i get and i have been told i have anxiety problems and panic attacks. There is some medications the doctor can give you to help a little to calm you down. Im Really sorry to hear this and hope you feel better within yourself soon.

Yes. Anxiety can cause a person to feel tense and become dizzy. experience stomach constipation etc. To counter this, try the following steps
1 Breathe in deeply. Hold your breath and then slowly exhale through the mouth. Do in five times and you will feel relaxed
2 Practice Mindful Awareness. Focus only on the present moment. Since anxiety is triggered by past or future events, focusing on the present removes unwanted thoughts and negative feelings.
3 Walk or jog when anxious. Light exercise or stretching can vent out emotions and reduce mental strain. .

I get that too especially recently but I haven’t been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder but I fear that I may have panic disorder or something. Either that or I’m dying or something. I hope you can recover soon xxx
