Can anxiety make you feel werid stuff in your chest area and where your heart located?
I have no family history of heart problems and I have no heart problems myself. I have been checked on top of doctors from head and toe. I do have anxiety. Sometimes I feel like something pinches in my heart area but I think it’s just pins and needle sensation.

it maybe palpitations that you are suffering from. however if you are constantly feeling panicky an edgy, you need to find out the reason for it, then maybe once you talk the problem over, maybe with a confidante, or doctor, your anxieties may ease. If they don,t, im sure your doctor will give you something that will help you, an hopefully either talk things out with you, an see if he can help, if not, then refer you to someone who maybe able to help you out with your problems. Good luck! I know how it feels, but it won,t go away on its own, you need to seek some sort of help, whether that be talking things over with a friend or doctor, only you can decide that. Just don,t leave it too long. I hope that helps you. Ann from Mersey side.

Yes.
And it’s not good for you. If you’re having a hard time pinpointing the cause of these feelings, so you can resolve them, it might be a good idea to talk to a doctor about it. You don’t have to live like that all the time.
