Have I set myself back by taking 2mg valium after withdrawing?

I have been successfully off valium and all benzos for 9 days, and felt panic last night so I decided to take a 2mg valium before bed. Have I completely thrown my body off by doing this and must I start the detox process all over?

    It’s only a problem if you keep taking it. Taking it once won’t hurt you at all. Taking it from time to time won’t hurt you at all. Taking it every night will spiral your right back to addiction, both physical and psychological.

    If you don’t have the strength to limit our usage of valium to once every now and then, then you should flush them so you won’t be tempted to give in.
