What would the difference be if the government legalized Marijuana, and Valium?
Alcohol is the only legal hardcore drug.
They sell Valium and Qat on the streets of Yemen, and outlaw alcohol.

The black market for marijuana would disappear. Gangs could no longer make big time profits from it. Kids would have a harder time getting it. The government could start earning some tax revenues from it instead of wasting money putting non violent pot smokers in jail.

Our government is really fricking stupid and could care less if marijuana was less dangerous than alcohol.
Vote Libertarian this year to change that.
